When Your Worst Moment Meets Jesus

We all have moments we wish we could forget - times when fear spoke louder than our convictions, and we failed to live up to our own standards. Peter's denial of Jesus around a campfire shows how fear isolates us from Christ and leads us into environments where blending in feels safer. But Jesus doesn't avoid our failures or shame us for them. After the resurrection, Jesus met Peter around another fire - this time for restoration, not failure. He asked Peter three times if he loved him, providing three opportunities for redemption to match the three denials. Your worst moments reveal who you are, but they don't get to define you because Jesus meets you exactly where you are with grace and restoration.
